This website, growagoldenmind.com, is operated by LUCULLAN VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN: 202635136E) ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Grow A Golden Mind. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and educational content
Our books and materials are for general educational purposes to help children learn about money. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Results, outcomes and learning progress vary and are not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to describe products and show images accurately, but colours and details may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may be converted from our base currency using exchange rates, so the amount can vary slightly over time. The price and currency shown at checkout is the amount you will pay. We may change prices, run promotions or end them at any time without notice. If a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment problems. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Shipping, duties and taxes
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties and taxes charged by your country.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is yours and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, free right to display and use it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services that we link to.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Singapore, except that if you are a consumer, you keep any right you have to bring a claim in your home country under its mandatory consumer laws.
