Refund policy

Grow A Golden Mind is operated by LUCULLAN VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN: 202635136E).

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your book must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged (no writing, highlighting or torn pages) and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@growagoldenmind.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at hello@growagoldenmind.com if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, digital products, personalised or custom orders, or sale items. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending anything back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@growagoldenmind.com.
